At Libre Hair Studio, we are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can be your unapologetically authentic self. Our team is a diverse group of stylists from various ethnic backgrounds, with many of us being members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community. At Libre, we promise transparency and ethical business practices for both our clients and our stylists.
Our hairstylists have the freedom to be their own boss—whether they choose to rent a chair or work on commission—without the hassle of managing business ownership. Each stylist has the liberty to set their own specialties, pricing, and even decide whether or not to accept gratuity.
Clients at Libre are free to choose their stylist without feeling pressured to stay with the same one or feeling guilty about “cheating” on their stylist. We foster a community of creatives, each with unique styles and skillsets, and we don’t believe in “owning” clients. In fact, we often collaborate and refer clients to one another to ensure everyone receives their dream hair experience.

"Libre Hair Studio began as a passion project; driven by my desire to create a space where clients could experience true freedom in their personal style and expression.
The name "Libre" (meaning "free" in Spanish), reflects not only creative freedom, but also the emotional intelligence and understanding that I bring to every interaction with both stylists and clients. Supporting the people who work with me in every way possible is a core value. Caring for others fills my heart.
As the studio grew from a small, intimate space into a larger, thriving community, we stayed committed to nurturing authentic relationships and being the change we want to see in our local hair industry. Every day, we grow and learn together, embracing the creative and emotional journey. This connection, alongside our dedication to elevating the craft of hairdressing helped two of our own and other local stylist friends place in multiple global hair competitions.
Today, Libre is more than a salon --- it's a supportive community where creativity, trust and emotional care thrives. I'm incredibly proud of what we've created together and excited to see what the future holds for Libre!"
